Olak Sepam is located at 28 km of Jalan Muar-Pagoh. You can hire a boat to take you fishing at the Muar river for fish and tiger prawns. Enjoy the panoramic view of the Muar river from the recreational park or you can also learn how batik is made, visit the Sultan Alauddin Riayat Shah tomb at Pagoh.

The district of Sungai Balang is the southernmost district of Muar. Located about 25km between the town of Muar and Bandar Penggeram at Batu Pahat, there are seven "kampungs" where the residents carry out various activities in agriculture, fishing and also small industry. There is also a small unique hot springs pool too.
