Introduction

Desaru located on the eastern tip of the peninsula has clean sandy white beaches and is popular with tourists as well as locals. The numerous resorts and hotels here cater to the budget traveler as well as families seeking fun in the sun. Among some of the many activities include golfing, horseback riding, tennis, canoeing, swimming, boating, fishing, snorkelling, jungle trekking and other sea sports.

Easily accessible from Singapore and the northern areas by road via Kota Tinggi and by ferry services from Changi Point, Singapore.
